Lots: Beef (young 2-3 years old), uncut, fresh, odorless, (chilled, but not frozen). High-quality beef. Beef meat is fresh, dense. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice released in the cut is transparent. The smell of meat is natural, without impurities and extraneous bad connotations. The meat is well bled, the consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The crust on the meat is thin, pale pink or reddish in color. Mandatory provision of a veterinary certificate for meat; the meat must be subjected to a veterinary examination and veterinary and sanitary examination in full. It is mandatory to have a veterinary certificate and all documents in accordance with Sanpin and acts. The supplied goods must have a quality certificate. Delivery at the Customer's request is not in large batches. Delivery and unloading at the expense of the supplier.
