Description:
Lots: sour cream - GOST 31452-2012 sour cream. Sour cream enriched with iodized protein 20% fat content of 0.2 g of sour cream 20% fat is made of natural cow's milk without the use of milk powder and vegetable fatty substitutes. The consistency is homogeneous, moderately thick. The view is glossy. Color is white. WITHMass share of fat 20%. Taste and smell - characteristic of sour cream, without extraneous smacks and smells, the product should be enriched with iodized protein (0.02 mg of iodine in the product is 13% of the physiological demand for adults and children over 3 years old), 200 grams in PET glasseshermetically sealed with aluminum food foil with a plastic lid. Shelf life is not more than 10 days.
