Description:
Lots: Freshly baked bread from first grade wheat flour. ST RK 984-2008. Delivery time DAILY by 7:30 am. MORNING 2025!!! Pan bread, first grade, weighing 1000 g, regular shape, with a high rise above the edges of the pan. Rolls that are deformed, wrinkled or uneven at the ends are not allowed, with lateral sagging, with cracks in the crust and explosions. The surface should not be flat, concave or wrinkled. The color of the crust is golden brown, the surface is shiny, smooth, without swelling and cracks, stains and burns. When cut, the crumb should be well baked, elastic, not sticky or wet to the touch, without lumps or traces of unmixing. Note: there should be 2 pieces of bread per 1 kilogram. Bread is 1st grade. Delivery time according to the Customer's request. Delivery must be made in special order. vehicle (bread truck) and meet all sanitary requirements. The quality of the product must be strictly comply with the requirements of the technical specification and applicable standards in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
