For use on the TECAN FREEDOM EVO DNA extraction station (PCR) and CFX96 analyzer. | Purpose: intended for transportation and storage of clinical material from biopsy samples and scrapings of epithelial cells from the mucous membrane of the cervical canal, urethra, vagina, posterior wall of the larynx, etc. for subsequent detection of pathogens of infectious diseases using PCR with hybridization-fluorescent detection of PCR products in real time. Characteristics of the kit: The transport solution is an isotonic water-salt buffer solution with the addition of a preservative, which promotes the safety of biological samples. Number of tests: 100. Kit contents: Transport solution - 100 tubes of 300 µl. Storage of biosamples: Prepared biosamples can be stored: at room temperature for up to 2 days; at (2-8)°C up to 2 weeks; at a temperature of minus 20°C and below up to 2 months. Repeated freezing and thawing of samples is not permitted. Storage and transportation conditions: store at a temperature of 2 - 8 ºС. Transportation at temperatures up to 25 ºС is allowed for no more than 10 days.
