Lots: Coal - ST RK 1246-2004 Coal is a solid fuel, which is a dense black rock, used for municipal and domestic needs. Solid fuel must meet the following technical characteristics: Total moisture 14.0% Analytical moisture 5.9% Ash content no more than 14.50% Volatile matter yield 47.0% Higher calorific value 7200 kcal/kg Lower calorific value 5150 kcal/kg Total sulfur no more than 0.55% Fraction 100-300 mm. Technological grade of coal D (long-flame) Transportation of solid fuel must be carried out to the facility in the specified quantity and of appropriate quality. Acceptance must be carried out in the presence of representatives of both parties with sampling for quality compliance. Delivery must be made according to the required demand for the heating season. Delivery, weighing, loading, unloading, delivery at the expense of the supplier. The supplier's costs must be included in the total cost of the goods. Coal that does not meet the stated requirements must be returned.
