Description:
Lots: Natural milk - pasteurized cow's milk, fat content not less than 2.5%, puree/pak packaging. or in film (fin/pack), volume of at least 1 liter, without foreign odor, white color with the taste of boiled milk, without sediment and flakes, corresponding to physical and mathematical indicators - density 1027/kg/m3, acidity from 6 to 18, shelf life from 3 to 14 days at a temperature of +6 degrees C. Delivery weekly from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. as agreed with the customer. For each batch of milk, a quality certificate is drawn up, which is the only document giving the right to release products for sale. The quality certificate must indicate the date and hour of production of the product, and the deadline for sale. ST RK 1760-2008.
