Lots: a set of reagents for the immunosorbent detection of class g immunoglobulins to trichomonas vaginalis, Ifa Best, dal No. D2052. Princippe method: the method of determination is based on a solid-phase immunoformal analysis using Trichomonas vaginalis antigen, which is immobilized in holes polystyrene tablets. During the first incubation, the specific IgG is binding to Trichomonas vaginalis, contained in the studied samples of blood serums, with strips immobilized on the surface of the strips with antigen Trichomonas vaginalis. At the second stage, antibodies to the IgG person, Hrennow peroxidase, associated with a complex of antigen-antibodies. The results of the ELISI are recorded using a spectrophotometer, measuring the optical density (OP) in two-wave mode: the main filter is 450 nm, the reference filter is in the range of 620-650 nm. Registration of results only with filter 450 is permissible Nm. The intensity of yellow staining is proportional to the number contained in the studied sample of class G immunoglobulins to Trichomonas vaginalis.
