Lots: Cast iron parallel gate valve with rising spindle 30x6br DN 500mm, PN 16, year of manufacture not earlier than 2026. Working medium: water, steam. Connection to the pipeline: flange. Working environment temperature: 225°C. Valve tightness class "D" according to GOST 9544-2015. Material of body, cover, wedge: Gray cast iron SCh 20 GOST 1412-85. Spindle material: Steel 20Х13. Threaded bushing, seal in the valve: Brass LS 59-1 GOST 15527-2004. Bearing: Thrust ball. Gasket: TRG. Construction length: 500mm. Weight: not less than 450kg. Distinctive coloring: Red stripe on the flywheel. A passport is required for each valve supplied separately. The passport must contain the serial number of the product, date of manufacture, quality control marks, and seals of the manufacturer (original). Service life is not less than 10 years. Average time between failures is at least 400 cycles. Replacement of a defective product within 10 days from receipt of the complaint.
