- Lots: Steel wedge valve with rising spindle 30s64nzh DN 200mm, PN 25, year of manufacture not earlier than 2026. Working medium: water, steam, liquid non-aggressive petroleum products, liquid and gaseous ammonia, natural gas. Connection to the pipeline: flange. Working environment temperature: from -40°C to +425°C. Valve tightness class "A" according to GOST 9544-2015, GOST R 54808-2011. Material of body, cover, wedge: steel 20L. Material of spindle, saddles: steel 20Х13. Bearing: thrust ball. Gasket: TRG. Hairpin, bolt, eye bolt: steel 35. Face-to-face length: 400mm. Weight: not less than 140 kg. The wedge is a spacer type, not attached to the spindle. Must move freely inside the body, ensuring a tight fit to the seats when closing and free movement when opening. Steel wedge, anti-corrosion coating. The flywheel is made of durable material (steel, resistant to loads during operation) provides convenient and durable control of the valve. Bronze bushing. Spindle nut - steel. The supplied equipment meets requirements of GOST 5762-2002, GOST R 55511-2013, GOST 34610-2019. The Supplier categorically does not allow the supply of: equipment with existing corrosion and rust, repaired, refurbished, or used. Application is not allowed paint coating on internal surfaces (pipes, seats, wedge) and shut-off valve assemblies.
