“RE-INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE OFFICES OF THE NATIONAL TOBACCO ADMINISTRATION (NTA) AT THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR), REGIONS I & II, REGION IV-A, AND CAR”

1. The National Tobacco Administration (NTA), through its Corporate Operating Budget for FY 2023, intends to apply the total sum of ₱16,358,706.00, with PB No. 2023-02-A, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the first year only, to payments under the contract for the Security Services, broken down into Five (5) lots, Lot 1 - ₱5,128,758.00; Lot 2 - ₱3,187,056.00; Lot 3 - ₱3,187,056.00; Lot 4 - ₱3,181,356.00; Lot 5 - ₱1,674,480.00, for the Offices of the National Tobacco Administration (NTA) at the National Capital Region (NCR), Regions I & II, Region IV-A and CAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
