Service for the maintenance of refrigeration equipment for the Taiynshinsky Social Service Center of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region, Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat North Kazakhstan, Amt: 879310.35 Lots: Maintenance services for refrigeration and similar equipment - Routine repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment. Maintenance of refrigeration equipment includes: - implementation of technical supervision over the correct maintenance and organization of operation of the customer-s installations - implementation of scheduled routine maintenance necessary to maintain the installations in good condition: • Checking the temperature sensor. • Examination Thermostat - replaced if necessary. • Replacement of the start button when it fails. • Inspect the engine and replace it if necessary. • Inspect heating elements and replace them if necessary. • Checking and replacing the evaporator. • Checking and replacing the filter for improving the drying function, reducing humidity in the system. • If the refrigerant level is insufficient, it is charged. • Complete cleaning and disinfection of the condenser when clogged. - troubleshooting when called by the Customer within 3 (three) hours from the moment of the call - providing technical assistance to the customer in matters related to the operation of installations (conducting instructions, drawing up operating instructions for installations, etc.) - issuing technical recommendations for improving the operation of installations. After completion of maintenance work by the supplier, the customer confirms their completion and accepts the installations for further operation, about which a bilateral certificate is drawn up for the work performed.
