- General Procurement Notice for 1) Reconstruction of Heat Transmission Networks (of 2225 M Total Length); 2) Reconstruction of the Heat Supply System in the Menovnoye Settlement; 3) Rehabilitation of Automation Systems of Heat Pump Stations in Ust-Kamenogorsk City; 4) Purchase of Specialized Vehicles and Equipment. Components 1-3 have been Tendered and Procured in 2019. The Company will Require Procurement of the Component “Purchase of Specialized Vehicles and Equipment” in 2020. Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
