- United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan is announcing a vacancy for the position of National expert on development of amendments and additions to the Regulatory Acts (RA), including the development of new RAs in the field of Renewable Energy Resources.For detailed information please refer to the attached Terms of Reference. Place of work: Home-based.The following documents in PDF format must be attached to your offer and sent to procurement.kz@undp.org with Ref.2020-010 in the subject not later than 14:00 p.m. Nur Sultan Time zone, February 18, 2020:A duly completed and signed Offeror's letter, confirming interest and readiness for the assignment of individual contractor (UNDP form) template is attached;Detailedpersonal CV, where previous work experience and skills relevant for this assignment should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) of the Offeror and three references;Financial proposal should include all expenses under the contract, indicating a detailed breakdown of costs in accordance with the attached form.Copies of diplomas on higher educationDue to the technical features of email, the file size should not exceed 9 Mb per email.
