- Oy Turku Energia Abo Energi Ab aims to acquire remote reading services and equipment as well as energy meters as a whole, where the Supplier is responsible for providing the services, delivering the equipment and their continuous use, as well as providing a support service.
The procurement has a wide impactsia to the company's other operations. The information obtained with the help of the distance reading service and devices about the heat consumption of district heating customers serves as the basis for customer billing.
The scope of the procurement includes remote reading service with support services, new energy meters to be installed and replaced according to the planwith parts and wiring, the necessary remote reading devices and, as an option, the installation of meters. About 200 energy meters at current locations will be replaced during the first five years of the contract. Speca more detailed plan for the number of replaceables can be found in the appendix "Appendix 01 - Description of the customer's environment". The quantities are specified in the preliminary request for quotation.
The remote reading service must cover all existing and new readings as well as readings of replaceable meters. In other words, the distance reading service must be compatiblepiva or it should be made compatible with the current existing energy meters. Pricing must take into account the cost of measures resulting from the compatibility requirement.
