- CAPBP Coordinator of the Group: CAPBP, VDP, CCAS and the City of Lescar Multi-attribute framework agreement with maximum. It will give rise to the award of subsequent multi-attribute markets. The services are divided into 4 lots with maximum amounts per year. The amounts will be identical foreach renewal period. Each batch will be allocated to a maximum of 4 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). No authorized variant The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from its date of notification. It is renewable 3 times.Each renewal period is 1 year.
