1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through Capital Outlay CY 2025 (Improvement/ Rehabilitation of Provincial Office Buildings) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,600,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Repair and Improvement of Various Provincial Government Office, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 570 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
