Lots: Repair/modernization of medical equipment - Repair of endoscopic equipment of the Evis Exera 111 series for visualization and image processing videogastroscope Olympus GIF-H190 inv. No. 241316153 manager. No. 2062602. Equipment repair must is produced by a certified service, qualified certified specialists who have been trained at the Olympus manufacturing plant, with the provision of certificates confirming the qualifications of specialists. The supplier is obliged to carry out repairs work with the replacement of spare parts in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of service maintenance of medical devices in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2020 No. KR DSM -273/2020. Work includes: Replacement of the image lens - 1 pc. Tightening and adjustment of rods - 4 pcs. Set of consumables - 1 pc. All components and spare parts used during repairs must be new and not previously used. All components used in repairs and spare parts must comply with the technical documentation of the equipment manufacturer. The Contractor must provide a guarantee for a period of 6 (six) months for the work performed. In case of malfunctions of work on the equipment during the period warranty period (within 6 months from the date of signing the Commissioning Certificate) The Contractor must carry out adjustments and eliminate malfunctions in the operation of the equipment.
