- Lots: Repair/modernization of medical equipment - Repair of the Philips HD11E ultrasound diagnostic system. Serial number: US91370084 Inventory number 214331177. Equipment repairs must be carried out by a certified service, qualified certified specialists who have been trained at the Philips manufacturer, with the provision of certificates confirming the qualifications of specialists. The supplier is obliged to carry out repair work with the replacement of spare parts in in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of service maintenance of medical devices in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2020 No. KR DSM -273/2020. Work includes: 1) Unit repair power supply (restoration or replacement of load testing elements). 2) Repair of ultrasonic scanner (repair of image formation modules, restoration of channels, diagnostics). 3) Software replacement (repair/replacement of printed circuit board components, stability control). All components and spare parts used during repairs must be new and not previously used. All components and spare parts used during repairs must comply with the technical documentation of the equipment manufacturer. The Contractor must provide a guarantee for a period of 6 (six) months for the work performed.
