Description:
Lots: Beef - Beef meat, category 1, fresh, chilled (not frozen). The color of the meat is red, the fat layers are white. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice released in the cut is transparent. The smell of meat should be natural, without impurities or extraneous bad connotations. The meat must be good bloodless, the consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The crust on the meat is thin, pink or reddish in color. Delivery of meat with provision of a certificate of conformity and a certificate from a veterinary laboratory (presence of a laboratory stamp on the meat). Mandatory presence of a health book (permit) for driver. The product must comply with the technical specification. Cattle meat (beef), chilled, compensated quarters GOST 779-55 "Meat - beef in half-carcasses and quarters" Interstate standard. Provision of documents confirming the compliance of the supplied goods to the requirements established by technical regulations, provisions of standards or other documents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic Kazakhstan
