- Wista Management GmbH (Wista MG) plans the renovation and expansion of the former US military hospital in Berlin Lichterfelde to the Fubic Innovation Center. The start-up and technology center is intended to accommodate research and technology-oriented company new start-ups andprofile-compliant small and medium-sized companies serve. Offices and laboratories for chemistry, microbiology and physics are built. The building is located as a free -standing large structure with approx. 60m x 120m centrally on an approximately five hectare development area between Fabeckstrasse andChamomile road, which is to be developed as a campus with 6 other new buildings in the coming years.
