Description:
Lots: Rye bread made from flour, weighing 650 g, ST RK 2085-2011. If there is a quality certificate, it must be without burntness, baked, elastic, not wet to the touch, with developed porosity, without traces of unmixing, without foreign smell or taste. Delivery bread daily from 06:00 to 07:00. For each batch, it is mandatory to submit a quality protocol for compliance of the batch of bread with the requirements of the standard, indicating the time of removal of the bread from the oven. Delivery must be carried out by special vehicles, having a sanitary and epidemiological certificate for the transportation of food products, issued by the consumer protection authorities, as well as a sanitary book for the supplier-s driver. Delivery from January to December 31, 2026 at the customer-s request.
