Mass fraction of moisture 42-46%, acidity 2.5-7% taste - characteristic of bread, without foreign aftertaste. The smell is characteristic of this species bread, without stale smell. Without packaging and labeling, weight not less than 700 g. The condition of the crumb is baked, without traces of the bread being damaged by potato sticks, elastic, after pressing with your fingers the crumb should take its original shape, there is no process lumps and traces of unmixing.
