- 1. The subject of the contract is the sale of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E according to PN-C04750:2011 for the needs of AIG S.A. facilities. i.e. the Water Park in Tarnowskie Gory.
2. The estimated demand for natural gas during the term of the agreement will be 5,919,400 kWh for a period of 12 months,from 01 July 2023. until June 30, 2024
3. The supply of natural gas will take place via the distribution network belonging to the DSO with which the Ordering Party will have signed an agreement for the provision of such services, at the latest on the day of starting the sale of gaseous fuel, pursuant to this agreementout
4. The supplied gaseous fuel must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833, as amended) and the executive acts issued on its basis and Polish Standards.
5. Natural gas will be delivered 24/7wo.
