- Lots: Pipe for steam boilers and pipelines - Steel pipe, seamless, hot-deformed, boiler GOST 8733-74, Pipes for heating surfaces of a steam boiler ECHM-60-1. Seamless pipe Ø57x3, pipe material carbon steel grade St20sp according to GOST 1050-74.Outer dimater 57mm; Internal diameter 50-51mm; Wall thickness; 3 mm. For shipped pipes, the supplier is obliged to provide a quality document (certificate) certifying that the pipes comply with GOST requirements, indicating: - the nominal size of the pipes (diameter and wall thickness) and actual length of pipes - steel grade or its symbol - pipe manufacturer - number of technical specifications according to which the pipes were manufactured - heat or batch numbers and pipe numbers included in them - results mechanical tests of the base metal and welded joint - the chemical composition of the steel according to the data of the metal supplier or according to an analysis of the pipe supplier's plant; thirdly, the pipes are presented for acceptance in batches. The batch must consist of pipes from one size, one steel grade and one manufacturing group and accompanied by one quality document in accordance with GOST 8733-74. The product warranty period is 12 months from the date of commissioning. Date of manufacture 2024-2026. Pipes must withstand hydraulic tests pressure.
