• Lots: Services for flushing and pressure testing of heating systems - Services for flushing and pressure testing of heating systems of buildings and structures must be provided in accordance with current technical rules and other regulatory legal acts and meet the requirements, requirements for such types of services and work in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The cost of providing services must include the cost of all expenses associated with the provision of services. The supplier flushes and tests heating systems and checks their functionality systems During the work, inspect flange, shut-off and coupling valves, pressure gauges and other instruments; inlet and drain of water into the heating system, inspection of heating devices; flushing of pipelines, registers, radiators; installation, dismantling of the compressor, hydraulic testing of heating system pipelines, including elevator units. Checking throttle devices, checking pressure gauges and thermometers. Final check and handover of the system, draining water from the system, removing plugs, pressure gauge and disconnecting press (opening and replacing failed valves, lubricating them, etc.). Place of service provision: Almaty st. G. Ormanova 17A. Schedule of services as agreed with the Customer. After completion of the service, the supplier provides the following documents: - Certificate of flushing of the network and heat consumption systems, certificate of hydraulic testing of the network and heat consumption systems; - submission of washing results and receipt of a certificate from AlTS LLP; - checking the throttle device...
