General provisions This technical specification defines the requirements for the service provider (electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other work) to ensure accountability, control and transparency. 2. Requirements for the supplier 2.1. Application accounting system The Supplier is obliged to use any automated application accounting system (program, CRM, internal system, etc.) that provides: • registration of applications; • data storage; • reporting. 2.2. Procedure for accepting applications • All applications must be recorded in the accounting system. • Applications may be accepted via: o telephone; o messengers; with mandatory subsequent entry into the accounting system. 2.3. Requirements for accounting and reporting The system must provide the ability to generate reports, including: • number of applications; • dates and deadlines for completion; • execution status; • information about performers; • history of work performed. Reports are provided To the customer upon request. 2.4. Requirements for personnel The Supplier is obliged to: • engage only full-time employees; • ensure that employees: o are officially employed; o had pension contributions; o had at least 1 year of work experience. 2.5. Information about employees At the Customer's request, the following is provided: • Full name; • job title; • experience; • supporting documents. 2.6.
