Description:
Lots: chair - office chair is soft, without armrests. Length 470 mm width 380 mm height 900 mm height from the floor to a seat 500 mm back height 420 mm Metal. Metal color. Sitting and back are soft, tapest for (color in agreement with the customer). The goods during delivery should be new, not earlier than 2024year of manufacture. In case of a change in the current need of the purchased goods, in connection with the production necessity, the customer sends a notification to the supplier about the absence of the need to purchase the goods in full, or part, without paying penalties and losses of the supplier,related to the execution of this Agreement. Within the framework of the current Article 5 of clause 2 of paragraph 1 of the Law "On Public Procurees", the customer provides suppliers with equal opportunities for participation in public procurement. In this connection, does not advise advisory work with potential suppliers at the stagepublic procurement.
