The system includes the following modules: Admissions Committee - designed for automation of the work of the college admissions committee. This module has the following functionality: 1) Creation of a commission; 2) Viewing the archive of the commission; 3) Entering the composition of the commission; 4) Registration of applications of applicants; 5) Scheduling exams; 6) Generating reports on the selection committee; 7) Creation of applicant cards. Organization management - this module includes the following features: 1) Maintaining a file cabinet with personal cards of employees and students; 2) Maintaining the classroom fund and buildings; 3) Output of orders; 4) Transfer of students to the next course. Educational process - this module includes the following features: 1) Maintaining working curriculum; 2) Load distribution among teachers; 3) Load distribution among groups; 4) Maintaining a progress log; 5) Scheduling; 6) Creation of groups. Settings - designed to generate certain directories necessary for further work in the system.
