Lots: Services for renewing licenses for the right to use software - Service for renewing licenses for the right to use the previously installed ABC-4 software package. construction and transfer of the right to use the ABC-4 software package with an annual subscription for updates and technical support linked to a hardware protection key for 1 workplace, for a period of 1 year. the developer and publisher of estimate standards for the Republic of Kazakhstan is JSC KazNIISA. to determine the estimated cost of construction in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by order of the Committee for Construction and housing and communal services economy of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 14, 2017 No. 249-NK, on the basis of state estimate standards adopted by design decisions. ABC-4, namely: transfer all current editions and modifications of the software package within 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing by authorized representatives of both Parties of the certificate of services rendered for the transfer of the new edition of the ABC-4 software package in full according to Agreement.
