Description:
Lots: Services for the operation of sports facilities - Services for the maintenance and servicing of a fencing hall for sports. Fencing hall Indoor free-standing sports facility, with a total area of 355.7 m2, meeting the size and requirements educational and training process. The sports facility must have a fire alarm, artificial and natural lighting, individual autonomous or central heating, ensuring a temperature of at least +22 C in winter. In the hall The following facilities should be provided: showers with cold and hot water, locker rooms, a toilet and an office for the trainer. The gym must meet the size and requirements of the educational and training process. The sports facility must comply with all building codes and rules, sanitation and safety requirements. Also, the halls must be provided with technical personnel, electricity, hydro, heat and sewer networks. The gym must be cleaned at least 2 times a day. It should also be provided security service. The supplier must be the balance holder of the premises and have a license.
