- Lots: Electric-welded pipe, straight-seam, steel, steel 20 or 17g1s, outer diameter 720 mm, wall thickness 10.0 mm. GOST 10705-80 or 10704-91 Pipe production should be by the end of 2025-2026. The supplier is required to provide a document for shipped pipes on quality (certificate) certifying the compliance of pipes with GOST requirements, indicating: - the nominal size of the pipes - the steel grade or its symbol - the pipe manufacturer, the number of technical conditions according to which the pipes were manufactured, heat numbers or batches and the numbers of pipes included in them, the results of mechanical tests of the base metal and welded joint, the chemical composition of the steel according to the data of the enterprise, the metal supplier or an analysis of the pipe supplier-s plant. The pipes must be the same size one steel grade and one manufacturing group and accompanied by one quality document in accordance with GOST 10706-76 or 20295-85. Cracks, spots, cavities, delaminations and sunsets on the surface of pipes are not allowed, minor nicks, nicks, ripples, dents, Small scratches, a thin layer of scale, traces of stripping and welding defects are not allowed. Surface defects of the weld metal in the form of pores, cavities, cracks, fistulas and other defects that reduce the density and strength of the weld metal below the level of the base metal are not allowed, the Goods after delivery by the supplier will undergo examination at the expense of the supplier. The pipe must be new.
