The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of chemical and laboratory reagents of useful materials intended for didactic activities for the University High School, hereinafter referred to as "reagents".noIn the case when the description of the subject of the contract contains own names, the contracting authority reserves that they are only informative.
6. In the case when the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the contracting authority allows the possibility of applying solutionsequivalent to described. The scale of the order adapted for contractors from the SME market.art. 214 para. 1 point 8 of the PZP.
10. The planned provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of this contract, were specified in Annex 6 to SWZ.
