4. The contracting authority requires that the products delivered to DBFO Ursynow and facilities should beNew, had the manufacturer's name and product description in Polish and were free from defects.
5. The contracting authority requires that the shelf life for the use of cleaning products delivered to DBFO Ursynow and facilities is not less than 6 months from the date of each delivery.
6. The contracting authority requires that deliveries take placewithin three business days of sending the contractor to the contractor to the e -mail address.
7. The contracting authority requires that the order be carried out on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the contract, which constitutes Annex 7 to SWZ.
