Description : 1. The Commission on Audit (COA), through the COA General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Six Pesos and Forty Centavos (₱3,526,706.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Fire Extinguishers in Various Buildings, for use in various sectors and offices within the COA Central Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. COA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the calendar days stated in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (May 2022 to May 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply, Delivery and Installation of Fire Extinguishers. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
