- As part of the realization of a thalassothermalia for a heat network made up of a heat pump drawing energy from the 1600 kWc adour (water valued on the heat network via a CAP), Dalkia initiates a consultation for the supply, installation (delivery and implementation) and theCommissioning of a high temperature PAC (water/water) (maximum output temperature of 82 C to the condenser - minimum input temperature at 5 C to the evaporator) intended for a thalassothermal of around 1600 kWc decoupled from the natural environment by a primary exchanger with a large pinch (1 C) and the wholeregulation and automation linked to process regulation. Considering the above, the contracting authority, Dalkia wishes to entrust the holder the supply, the installation (delivery + implementation of the said PAC). The service will include the following missions:
1/ Design (Plans and notices,GC guide plans, BIM model, electric assessment) 2/Manufacturing
3/Delivery on site and handling/assembly
4/Commissioning with tests and DOE
The contracting entity reserves the right to ask the tenderers to present one or more compulsory variants, which will then be describedin the DCE. The services can be cut into a firm slice and one or more optional slices. If necessary, the slices will be described in the DCE Phase Offer.
