Gorna in Olsztyn, according to the assumptions of the Funds programEuropean for infrastructure, climate, environment (Phoenix) for 2021-2027 and with the project documentation provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted proceedings /CPV code: 45232130-2; 45111291-4;/.
2. The order is awarded in parts, each of which will beSubject of separate proceedings, in accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
