- Muenchner Wohnen GmbH plans to build a new residential building with a social community facility and an underground car park on the construction site MU 1 (7) (Flst. 223/47) in Munich, district 12-Schwabing-Freimann. The construction project lies within the development plan with green order No. 1989 of the state capitalMunich.
On the competition property on approx. 32,300 sqm floor area, approx. 295 residential units, as well as five social institutions (elderly and service center, neighborhood meeting, educational center, district center of the Munich Volkshochschule, district library of the Munich city library)arise.
