Special qualification requirements: - the availability of qualified qualified ones experts with experience in uninterrupted support for the provision of services; -asserted testing and measurement techniques; -E All the devices used by the electric laboratory should be registered in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - All devices must to be captured and calibrated at the National Center for Expertise and Certification; -The of qualification certificates and protocols of qualification verification for specialists who have passed knowledge testing in the supervisory authority with admission to the maintenance of electrical installations; - Workers Electric laboratories that have passed the test of knowledge in the supervisory authority with a tolerance to the test and measurement. - Work should be carried out in accordance with the methodological recommendations in electrical installations. - operational and technical maintenance should be carried out 24 hours a day 365 days in year
