- The city of Loviisa promotes the well-being of its employees at work by offering them the opportunity for an employee bicycle. Loviisa acquires a leasing service for employee bicycles from a leasing supplier for a monthly fee, including the bicycle, accessories, insurance and maintenance for a maximum of 48 monthsfor the contract period per bicycle. The framework agreement is valid until further notice. The municipality employs approximately 650 employees, of which approximately 500 employees are in a permanent job/official relationship.

Haan estimate of the 200th user has been used in the calculation of the predicted total value of the rental.
