- The Guam Waterworks Authority invites sealed bids for the Property and Miscellaneous Surplus Salvage. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Chamorro Standard Time on May 9, 2025, at the GWA Procurement Office. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid/Performance Bond, amounting to fifteen percent (15%) of the total bid price. A non-refundable fee of $15.00 is required for each set of bidding documents, available for purchase at the GWA Procurement Office.
