- The Gasthof Hirsch in Dietmannsried, Probstried district has been closed for years. The building is empty. The property is unused. The
municipality of Dietmannsried as the client intends to reactivate the inn with
beer garden event hall and small hotel and
together with a village shopand to develop apartments into a new
center in ProBstried. The extent of the performance is painting work of wall and ceiling areas as well as
painting of doors of doors inside and new.The painting / coating of ceilings,
walls and doors (door leaves and frames) to the following extent:
approx. 2800 m2 GK walls, 600 m2 GK ceilings
approx. 2000 m2 plastered walls, 1200 m³ plastered declates
approx. 800 m2 place concrete ceilings, 1130 location concrete walls
approx. 65 steel door leaves with steel frames
the intendedPeriod for painting, painting and
cleaning work is:

- for the village shop: 16.07.2025 to 02.09.2025
