The contracting entity iintends to conclude four sectoral contracts having as their object:
Valves (Faucets, valves and similar devices):
Lot 1 Wedge drawer valves, above ground, manual actuation
Lot 2 Ball valves, above ground, manual actuation and electric actuation
Lot 3 Butterfly valves
Lot 4 Valves required on pipelines and SRM 2022-2023.
The deadline by which economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, is the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers, according to the provisions of art. 173Law no. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by GEO 107/2017 for the amendment and completion of normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement.
The deadline in which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional informationnta according to the provisions of art. 172 para. 2, in conjunction with art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by GEO 107/2017 for the amendment and completion of normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement, is: the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
