All interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals on the above items.
The Municipality of Boac reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder of bidders.
Bidding Documents shall be acquired from November 21, 2023 to November 28, 2023 upon payment to the MTO Cashier of a non-refundable amount of ₱1,000.00.
Eligibility Documents, Technical Proposal, and Best and Final Offer may be submitted at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer - Supply Section, Ground Floor, Municipal Building, Barangay Isok I, Boac, Marinduque on or before November 28, 2023 2:00pm.
All documents shall be current and updated and any missing document in the checklist of bid proposal is a ground for outright rejection of the bid. Bidder shall submit one (1) original and two (2) photocopies of the first and second components of its bid in sealed envelop.
