- The federal building department, belonging to the authority for urban development and living of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, is one of four departments of the Office for Building Regulations and Building Construction. It takes all the federal construction tasks for the federal lines in Hamburg by means of the organ loan.responsible building management.
