- Lots: Diesel fuel - In accordance with GOST 305-82 Diesel fuel. The coupons are valid until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extending their validity for 3 calendar months. The Supplier is obliged to ensure the refueling of the Customer's vehicles diesel fuel upon presentation of a coupon immediately, out of turn, at any time of the day. The supply of diesel fuel using coupons is carried out on the basis of an application submitted by the Customer through the government procurement web portal or by telephone. The supplier is obliged deliver coupons to the Customer within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application. Coupons must be protected from counterfeiting and contain the original stamp of the Supplier. Delivery of goods in the required volumes specified in the Customer-s application is carried out from the date of entry into force of the agreement until 2025-2026. The Customer has the right, in the presence of a representative of the Supplier, without any additional payment, at any stage of fulfillment of obligations under the contract, to take a sample of diesel fuel from the supplied fuel and lubricants with for the purpose of conducting an examination for compliance with current requirements. If, when fulfilling the terms of the contract, the Supplier is unable to provide the Customer with fuel of the required quality or supplies fuel with reduced quality indicators, the Customer reserves the right to demand compensation from the Supplier for all direct losses incurred due to the use of low-quality fuel, as well as all expenses incurred due to the lack of fuel.
