Lots: Work on routine repairs of non-residential buildings/structures/premises - Object: Internal wooden staircase of a two-story building Task: Cladding the stairs in accordance with fire safety requirements. The height of the staircase is 2.6 meters, width is 1 meter. General The area of the stairs is 30 (thirty) square meters. All work and materials are performed at the expense of the Supplier. 1. Covering steps with anti-slip material Requirements for the selection of material: • Main options: o Corrugated aluminum sheets (grade ANR, thickness 2-3 mm, standard DIN 51130 R10). Installation technology: • The casing is attached using special adhesives (epoxy or polyurethane) or mechanical fasteners (aluminum rivets). • At least 4 attachment points per length must be provided each step. 2. Fire safety requirements • To increase the fire resistance of wood: o By covering the side and bottom parts of the step with aluminum sheets. After covering, the surface should be smooth. • All materials must be certified in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Fire Safety Requirements" (049-2017). 3. Documentation and warranty • The supplier is obliged to provide: o Fire safety certificates for materials. o Anti-slip test report properties (DIN 51130/RDS standard). o Warranty period: for cladding - at least 3 years.
